Iko Nakari ("the Developer") respects the privacy of everyone who uses Water Coach ("the App") and is committed to protecting personal and health information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App.

Only with your permission, the App accesses the following information through Apple HealthKit.

- Blood Oxygen
- Wrist Temperature
- Heart Rate
- Heart Rate Variability

- Water intake
- Sleep data
- Biological Sex
- Date of Birth
- Body Weight
Data we write
- Water intake
This information is used to calculate your recommended water intake, record your hydration, and provide the App's features.
2. How HealthKit Data Is Used
The App uses information obtained from HealthKit only for the following purposes.
- Calculating recommended water intake
- Recording hydration
- Showing statistics
- Showing advice to the user
HealthKit data is never used for advertising, marketing, or disclosure to third parties. We never sell, lend, or share HealthKit data with any third party.
3. Where Data Is Stored
Data managed by the App is stored in the following locations.
- Your iPhone
- Your Apple Watch
- Your own CloudKit (iCloud)
It is not stored on any server operated by the Developer.
4. Accounts
The App does not provide its own user accounts. We do not collect any of the following.
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Password
- Credit card information
No registration with the Developer is required to use the App.
5. Firebase Analytics
The App uses Firebase Analytics to improve the service. Firebase Analytics may collect usage information such as the following.
- Screen views
- Button interactions
- App usage frequency
- Device information
- OS version
This information does not include your name or HealthKit data. Please see Google's privacy policy for details.
6. Firebase Crashlytics
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to improve quality. When a crash occurs, the following information may be collected.
- Crash logs
- Device information
- OS information
- App version
HealthKit data is never sent to Crashlytics.
7. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use the following information to deliver ads.
- Advertising identifier (IDFA)
- Device information
- Usage information
Ad display and personalized advertising follow your Apple and Google settings. Please see Google's privacy policy for details.
8. iCloud (CloudKit) Sync
The App uses CloudKit to sync your data. Synced data is stored within your own iCloud account. The Developer cannot access your data on CloudKit.
9. Apple Intelligence and AI Features
The App may introduce Apple Intelligence or AI features in the future. If new information collection or integration with external services becomes necessary, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users as appropriate.
10. Deleting Your Data
If you stop using the App, you can delete its data by doing the following.
- Deleting the App
- Deleting the CloudKit data
- Deleting Water Coach data inside the Health app
After deletion, no user data remains with the Developer.
11. Minors
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. Those under 13 should not use the App without the consent of a parent or guardian.
12. Medical Disclaimer
The App is intended to support health management and lifestyle improvement. It is not a medical device. It does not provide any of the following.
- Medical diagnosis
- Medical advice
- Treatment
- Any guarantee of disease prevention
If you have a health problem or symptoms, please consult a physician or other medical professional.
13. International Use
The App is intended to be offered in the following regions.
- Japan
- United States
- China
- Taiwan
- Hong Kong
- South Korea
